The Artist’s Little Rock Story: Moving here in ‘97 from SW Texas, my first impression of Little Rock was appreciating that there’s trees, hills and you can drink the water. I was planning to be here temporarily, but why would I go anywhere else?

I chose to capture the Commerce Street Bridge over 630 because I thought it would be cool to do a thing over a thing. I’d like to see more being done for the homeless population with shelters and mental health services.

Artist Profile I don’t know what I would do if I wasn’t creating something. I might go crazy. I like playing around with different mediums. For subjects, I enjoy creating cats, bunnies, ladies and buildings.
